Warehouse software that assumes you have real stock on real shelves.
Most inventory tools are either a spreadsheet with extra steps or an enterprise system that needs a consultant. We wanted the thing in between, and it did not exist.
Growing product companies get stuck in a particular place. The spreadsheet stops working somewhere around the second warehouse or the first expiry-dated lot, and the alternative quoted to them is a six-figure implementation with a twelve-week onboarding. So they stay on the spreadsheet, and they keep paying for it in mis-picks, stockouts and stock that expires on a shelf nobody walked to.
Kinetel is built for that gap. It is a complete warehouse system — receiving, lots and expiry, barcodes, guided picking, packing, shipping — that a two-person brand can set up in an afternoon and a fifty-person fulfilment operation can still run on. You import a catalogue, print labels and run a pick the same day.
The AI is there because some warehouse problems are genuinely judgement problems. Reading a supplier's email into an order, deciding which SKU somebody meant, working out what to reorder before you run out, checking a packed box against what was ordered — those resist being written as rules, and they are exactly where a small team loses its afternoons.

- Which is the reason support is answered by someone who can change the software rather than by a script.
- Your data is yours, and exportable
- Every table is available as CSV and through the REST API, at any time, on every plan. Leaving should be a decision about the product, not a hostage negotiation.
- We do not train models on your data
- Your stock levels, customers and orders are used to answer your questions and nothing else. They are not training data and they are not shared between tenants.
- The AI runs on our own hardware
- Not resold from a third-party API. It is why the credit allowances are what they are, and why nothing is sold as unlimited.
How we build it
Four commitments that shape most of the decisions in the product.
- The warehouse keeps working when the AI does not
- Every AI feature is an accelerator over a manual path that still exists. If a model is slow, or you run out of credits, or you simply disagree with it, you can receive, pick, pack and ship exactly as before. Nothing critical is behind a model call.
- It shows its reasoning
- Matching, forecasting and verification all show why they concluded what they did, and all three can be overridden. Software that tells a warehouse manager they are wrong without saying why gets ignored, and it deserves to be.
- Built for the floor, not the office
- Picking, packing and scanning are designed for a phone held in one hand under bad lighting. The desktop screens came second.
- Pricing you can predict
- Three prices on the website, no per-order fees, no per-warehouse fees, and no quote form. If you need something above the top plan, that is a conversation — but it starts from a number you can already see.
